 Chicken Quesadillas

Ahhh summer travel!!! Keeping kosher in some places is a mission! Here comes @kosher_club to the rescue!!! Chicken Quesadillas made from all white meat chunk chicken in a can. I was given an amazing opportunity to try this new chicken product that's travel ready, and requires no refrigeration. Armed with my canned chicken and a panini maker I went to the local supermarket. Not a specially kosher market just a regular market to see what I could make with my chicken using kosher products we can find all over America. Taco seasoning ✔️ veggies ✔️tortillas✔️vegan parve cheese✔️ parve sour cream✔️ here's the amazingly tasty recipe I came up with.

1 can of kosher club chicken chunks drained and mashed
1 tsp of taco seasoning
1 red onion sliced thin
1 large tomato sliced thin
1 bell pepper sliced thin
5 radishes sliced thin
1 jalepeno pepper sliced thin seeds removed
1 package of parve cheddar cheese
1 container of parve sour cream

While your panini maker is warming take your chicken and season with the taco seasoning. On a tortilla layer cheese, chicken and veggies top with some more cheese and another tortilla and place in your panini maker till warned through and cheese melted. Serve with a side of sour cream and some veggies of your choice.

In a Jiffy Chicken Salad

Listen up, followers! This is one of the most exciting products to hit the kosher market! Those of you who follow me for a while know that my motto is "quick n easy", and this is right up my alley! The chicken is moist and totally real - you'd never guess it came from a can, yet it's fully cooked and is shelf stable! It's the perfect item to take along on vacation - with a panini maker of course 😉. This product can be ordered from @craftedkosher here

Cook orzo in water with some chicken soup mix. Drain and add corn and green peas.
Spray panini maker with canola oil spray, then sprinkle on some Mrs. Dash table blend. Drain a can of chicken and spoon onto the panini maker. Sprinkle with some more Mrs. Dash and grill for about 5 minutes. Mix into the orzo and enjoy!

Pareve cheese as it says in the recipe! You can always omit that if you can’t find it. Enjoy!
