Fruit Tart




A+ for beautiful presentation and for great taste too! Try this with fresh fruit in season - perfect for a refreshing summer dessert or in honor of Tu B'shvat, the holiday for the fruits and trees.


1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup flour (can use coconut flour for gluten free)
1 1/2 cup stick of margarine (can use coconut oil, incorporating slowly)
Mix and press into a tart pan with a removable bottom. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

8 oz. container of Rich's whip
Whip the rich's whip until peaks form. Gently fold the custard into the whip.
Decorate with fruit of your choice.

Glaze for the top of the fruit:
1 pkg of unflavored jello mixed with a little bit of hot water to dissolve. Add a bit of vanilla flavor.
Brush the fruit with the glaze to give it a nice shine.
