By Chanie of Busy in Brooklyn

There is nothing like wings to serve at a party or get together. Yes, they are sticky And messy. But definitely worth it. This recipe uses Bourbon Barrel Aged Pure Maple syrup which combines the two distinct flavors and makes this dish a winner. Bring it on!

3 lbs. of chicken wings
oil for drizzling
smoked paprika
salt & pepper to taste - try Aromasong Dead sea salt, smoke and flame
1/2 cup Crown Maple bourbon barrel aged maple syrup
sriracha, to taste

Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil and lightly oil it.

Sprinkle the wings liberally with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Brush with maple syrup mixed with a little sriracha and continue to bake for 15 minutes, basting every 5 minutes. Serve warm.
