Piquillo Pepper Chummus

Ever thought to make your own chummus but not sure how to do it? Chef Sara shares a step-by-step video on how to make your own chummus. Not only is this chummus, but it has piquillo peppers in it to add the real flavor and color.
2 cups fresh cooked chickpeas (1 15oz. can)
1/4 cup tahini paste 
Juice of 1 lemon
Clove of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
In a food processor bowl add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and spices and blitz until smooth. Add the Roland Piquillo peppers (save one for garnish, optional) and puree till smooth and creamy.
Garnish with olive oil, diced Rolands Piquillo Peppers and a sprinkle of parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
