Shakshuka is one of the highlights of Moroccan cuisine. A richly spiced tomato sauce, Shakshuka is typically served in a tajine or skillet with poached eggs and bread, and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Mina Shakshuka sauce makes this meal easy and ready in no time.

  • 1/2 bottle of Mina Shakshuka sauce
  • 4-6 eggs
  • drizzle olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • shredded feta cheese
  • fresh parsley

Add the Shakshuka sauce do a medium size frying pan. When sauce is heated through, add eggs to sauce, leaving room between each one. Cover skillet, and let cook for about 5 minutes until yokes are set. Sprinkle shakshuka with olive oil, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top with shredded feta cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with warm pitas.
