Take the BLT to a whole new level with crispy kosher bacon, arugula and Blake Hill’s amazing Moroccan Plum chutney! The peppery arugula is a great complement to the savory bacon. Perfect lunch or dinner - filling and easy!



Bake the kosher veal or beef bacon at 400 degrees until it renders its fat and it becomes nice and crispy.

Take a crusty baguette or flatbread, layer with arugula, top with the crispy baked bacon and smother with Blake Hill’s Moroccan Chutney. There you have it… a kosher BLT!
