Brew and cheese in every bite. In our Vermont artisan cheddar, we've added two craft beers - Schmaltz® brand IPA and Nut brown ale, to soak the curds during the cheese making process. The cheddar is then aged for a year. The result is a nutty, medium sharp, moderately crumbly cheddar with a hoppy ale aroma and taste. All natural, Added Hormone Free, Sustainable Dairy Farming Practices, OU-D kosher certified.
